Learn the basics of breastfeeding in this 90-minute recorded class,

designed to watch at your own pace. This class covers the importance of breastfeeding, signs of an effective latch and knowing your baby is getting enough milk. While this class primarily focuses on navigating common challenges in the first 6 weeks, we'll also discuss breast pumps, milk expression and returning to work or school.
