CPR/Family and Friends Adult/Child/Infant CPR - Olathe Campus

CLASS DESCRIPTION:
The American Heart Association Family & Friends® CPR course is intended for anyone who wants to learn CPR but does not need a course completion card for a job requirement. This relaxed, instructor‑facilitated session teaches lifesaving skills for adults, children, and infants, including how to recognize emergencies and perform high‑quality hands‑only CPR.
This course is ideal for:
- Parents
- Grandparents
- Babysitters
- Caregivers
- Students
- Community members who simply want to learn how to respond in an emergency
No prior CPR experience is required.
COST: $50

Additional Class Information
- This is a non‑certification course — no AHA card is issued.
- Due to potential distraction, please do not bring children/infants unless they are registered participants.
- Participants will practice CPR skills on manikins and should wear comfortable clothing suitable for kneeling or working on the floor.
The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS and PALS and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association. Any fee charged for such a course except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials do not represent income to the Association.
