Kansas City Virtual Childbirth Class

This class includes information about the process of labor and birth, relaxation and breathing techniques, comfort measures, variations that might occur during labor and birth, pain management and anesthesia, and early postpartum and newborn care. We recommend you take this class after 32 weeks of pregnancy. Coaches and support persons are encouraged to attend.
