Virtual Breastfeeding Class

This class will provide the essential information you need to get breastfeeding off to a great start, including:

• the importance of breastfeeding,
• positioning your baby for feedings,
• signs of a good latch,
• how to know your baby is getting enough,
• making a plentiful milk supply,
• hospital practices that support breastfeeding,
• newborn feeding behaviors and
• addresses the most common breastfeeding concerns.

We will also discuss types of breast pumps, milk expression, storing and handling your milk, sustaining your milk supply while returning to work or school. Support people are encouraged to attend!
