Heart Transplant Support Group

This is a free, ongoing support group occurring on the 3rd Tuesday of each month beginning in January 2022 for heart transplant patients and their caregivers. This group is an opportunity to meet other people with a heart transplant and share experiences, coping strategies, and learn more from educational guest speakers.
